Archeologists

BY GABE K.

Archeologists do many things. They dig because they know many secrets of the past lie buried beneath the earth’s surface.

They look for pottery, flints, coins, weapons, ancient pictures and jewelry. All these things help tell the stories of the people who used them.

They discovered ancient civilizations. They found the ruined cities of Mayans, Angkor of Cambodia, Troy and Pompeii.
Gabe likes to read books that are fun and humorous like Dan Brown's Arthur series and Dav Pilkey's Captain Underpants series.
