For EJ’s written language activity, he was asked to retell the story of The Five Chinese Brothers by Claire Huchet Bishop. EJ followed a simple story grammar template to make a summary of the story. Note that the following written work is in its raw form.

The five Chinese brothers wanted to help their first brother because he was arrested. But the villagers were so angry at their brother so the five Chinese brothers fooled the villagers to save their brother. In the end, the five Chinese brothers were happy.
EJ is a nine-year-old boy who likes watching Animal Planet and Discovery Channel in his spare time. He also likes playing computer games and gaming console with his best friend. This is his seventh program in Wordlab School- Alabang.
